SmartBee products come with 90 days of complimentary support to help you get started and get your system set up. In addition, support for resolving any hardware or software glitches after 90 days will always be complimentary. For calls received 90 days after the shipment date that cover system set up, system setting optimization or other general topics, there will be a $49 charge per call.
