Our customer support office hours are from 5am to 8pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. All calls are handled domestically by trained sales technicians who use our products every day.
SmartBee products come with 90 days of complimentary support to help you get started and your system set up. For calls received more than 90 days after the purchase date, there will be a $49 charge per call.
Weekend Hours Support
After hours support is available from 5am to 8pm, Pacific Time, on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a $99 charge assessed for all after hours calls.
Annual Support Plans
For a one time fee of $199, unlimited support is available during office hours. For a one time fee of $399, unlimited support is available during both office and after hours.
Annual support can be purchased on an installment basis.
- For office hours support, there would be an initial payment of $99, followed by five payments of $25.
- For office and after hours support, there would be an initial payment of $199, followed by five payments of $50.
